Privacy notice
Your boutique’s information
Kgrid stores account details and the customer, measurement, order and business records you enter. These are used to operate your private workspace. You are responsible for having permission to store your customers’ information.
Storage and access
Records are stored with Supabase and the application is hosted on Vercel. Access is restricted to the authenticated boutique owner. Payment authorization is processed by Razorpay; Kgrid does not store full card or bank credentials.
Optional services
Assistant conversations are stored privately with your boutique in Supabase. When Gemini is enabled, your message, recent non-private conversation context and limited workflow context are sent to Google to interpret your request. When you ask the assistant to inspect your workspace, selected aggregate financial figures and record counts are also sent to Gemini for advice; full customer records, employee history, credentials and design images are not sent. Public research uses Google Search grounding with a public query, without your workspace records or conversation history. Search results and Google attribution are shown in the chat. A web search or workspace review can use two Gemini requests: interpretation and research; both count against the displayed request allowance. Google’s free API tier may use submitted content to improve its products. Kgrid validates interpreted requests and requires confirmation before saving changes. Clear chat removes its saved conversation and unfinished drafts, without deleting completed business records. Usage counters, error codes and audit metadata remain for allowance enforcement and reliability; they do not contain conversation text. A validated request result may be cached for up to one day to prevent duplicate processing. Automated messaging requires separate configuration and customer consent. Occasion greetings are always sent manually.
Your control
You can export your records from the workspace. For account deletion or privacy requests, email kgridofficial@gmail.com. Kgrid operates from Jalna, Maharashtra, India.
