Cancellation & refunds
Cancel automatic renewal
Open Subscription in your workspace and select Cancel renewal. Cancellation is scheduled at the end of the current billing period. Access continues through the paid-through date.
Failed renewals
A failed or expired subscription may stop new business entries after the paid-through date. Subscribe again to use the app; your records remain preserved and available for export.
Refund requests
Kgrid is a pay-to-use digital service. Subscription payments are generally non-refundable. If an error attributable to Kgrid affects your payment or service, contact kgridofficial@gmail.com with your account email, payment reference and details of the issue. We will investigate and provide an appropriate refund where the error is ours. Cancelling renewal does not automatically refund an earlier charge. This policy does not limit any rights you have under applicable law.
Test mode
Razorpay test transactions do not collect real money and cannot be refunded as real payments.
