Terms of service
Using Kgrid
Kgrid is a boutique management service for business use. Keep your sign-in details secure and enter only information you are authorized to process. You retain ownership of your business records.
Subscriptions
Monthly access is ₹399 per month. The six-month plan is ₹1,794 per six months, equivalent to ₹299 per month. Both renew automatically with your authorization through Razorpay. There is no free trial. Access starts after payment is confirmed. Both plans include the same AI allowances, with monthly resets even for the six-month plan. Current allowances and reset times appear in Assistant. Shared provider availability limits also apply; the built-in assistant remains available.
Records and availability
You are responsible for reviewing orders, invoices, tax treatment and reports before using them. The service requires an internet connection for private records. Availability depends on the hosting, database and payment providers.
